@Raddy1  where are you based? I think the service is down - I seem to be affected also.

I'm from burnley which is near blackburn.

1st step would be to power off the router for at least a minute, and see if fault clears once it reboots.

Takes about 5 mins to reboot.

If not working, use a mobile on mobile data, log into your sky account and fined option to test your broadband connection.

Ah okay I'm based in Ireland so different issue.
