Internet issues

Internet is not working. Says on here it is but on the broadband box not all lights are on. Turned things off and on multiple times but to no avail  I'm paying £38 a month for a product that has not been working as it should for over 2 eeeks now. Hopefully to resolve this or I may have to find alternative provider. Thank you

It could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
