Internet issues

Our service was very poor last week. BT open reach said they could find nothing wrong!

regularly we cannot load pages on our phones or web pages . previously with EE we never had an issue. 
we work from home and it is not acceptable. 
we would like to end our contract

You have a few choices if you are not in contract with Sky:

 

Sign up to a new supplier via the broadband switch service who on the activation date will take over the line from Sky.

 

Cancel with Sky and then sign up to a new supplier but doing so could see you with no broadband for a while.

 

Try to get to the bottom of this issue with Sky.
