Internet issues

To whom it may concern, 

my internet has been going off an on pretty much all day and when I checked my stats on my sky app it showed nothing was wrong even though I cannot connect to the internet.

@Kelsi1998  When you run the service checker which does show the house in the brackground can you please click on broadband to do an updated test please if you are still having issues with your broadband.
