Internet issues for 10 days in a row
On the 6th our internet went down and phone line in the evening an carried on completley down till wednesday.
Since thursday we have had on an off internet an the speed has been very slow an phone line still hasn't worked once since the 6th. we are suppose to be on the sky broadband super fast but our speed is only between 6-13mbps instead of the usual 45-55
we found out on the 15th that a police car had smashed into a box near us an it took down everyone about 3 streets worth at least. we were told it would be fixed on the 12th or the 13th.
people on the phone lines weren't helpful first few days now we can't even get through to anyone.

@wonderhairyone replacing a street cabinet is not a simple job and it will inevitably take time to source and fit a replacement and reconnect many hubdreds of lines if its a big cabinet. Sounds like Openreach have set up some sort of temporary service while they get the permanent fix.
Unfortunately getting firm information on timescales is often impossible as Oppenreach dont know themselves let alone tell their customer who is Sky. Sometimes local media is your best source as they ask the engineers doing the work .
