This was posted today Posted by a Sky employee Hi Everyone Important Notice: Scheduled Broadband Maintenance From time to time, we need to carry out essential maintenance on our broadband network to keep everything running smoothly. These updates usually take place between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM to minimise disruption for everyone. What to expect: Your broadband service may be temporarily unavailable during this window. Any interruptions are typically short, and service will resume automatically once maintenance is complete. No action is required on your part. If you still have problems after 7 am, try restarting your hub, or you check the service on Service Checker. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the best possible experience for all our customers. Thanks Kev Community Manager
