Says all is okay but my connection isn't there?

Just like the subject of the message, says I have a connection but its not working for some reason?

Having the same issue, there's a red light on the LOS thing on fibre box.

Same thing I imagine there doing some sort of update but it would be nice for some sort of heads up

I've the same issue. Being asked to log into my broadband as it says "Your connection has dropped". Click on the sky login link which takes me to the screen with the three types of set up you have to test only to be be told that everything looks fine. Even in the Sky app it says the WiFi and broadband are fine, connected and working but have no internet

Isn't just me because its the same, I think I just read they have maintenence on 26th between 12 and 7 AM but its the 27th? Unless my days are jumbled.

Same here, states connection is fine but have a red light on the router

It seems to be everywhere as on downdetector there is a spike of over 1500+ just on that website, So the "Maintenance" must be the reason at least that's what I hope.
