Internet isn’t working

Hi, ide like to cancel my contract as it's almost been a month and it hardly works, can't use the tvs upstairs and phones hardly connect

@Jess040293 If you wish to do that then you need to call sky direct the customer forum you posted on is not sky you are talking too. Be aware of the termination charge for the remainder off your contract will be very high at 23 months to go.

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Sky might not let you cancel as they are within their rights not to but might be able to supply you with the pods if you have a weak signal in parts of your property.
