Internet isn't fully working

My Internet isn't fully working. All devices get connected but nothing loads, nothing works, nothing sends and nothing plays. I can't watch anything on tv, I can't play anything on the Xbox, I can't send messages through social media

Mine is doing it a lot lately. It did tonight so I did as it says.........switch off at mains. But i had to follow it up and re insert my password
