The Internet in my house is so bad I can't even connect in the kitchen. The router is showing two orange lights but when I test on here it says my Internet is good and that I'm getting great speed yet it's actually not working. Is it a fake test?

Mine is exactly the same, I have no sky tv either 🙄

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
