Internet is still not working

Hello when I rang up about my Internet being a bit slow the man told me to get the new Internet that I've got supposed to be so much faster so much better ever since then my Internet's been a hell of a lot worse I've had to a booster sent out to me and it wasn't connected properly so you guys sent a engineer out yesterday. We moved the router and it's still doing exactly the same Still not working. Why am I paying for something that's not working? It's ridiculous
