Internet is not working

Does anyone know how to actually speak to someone when your internet just suddenly stops working.

teying my best but the utter crap customer service is juat sending me round the houses

@Avidblue Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Mine has gone this evening. Orange lights on the router but checking diagnostics through the website states all is working...

Same here 2 lights on my broadband hub now orange , yet diagnostic says no issues

Try it now , mine has kicked back in for some reason , I powered down the router first

Thanks Highlinder.

 

It did start working again so it was in the end okay.  But it still really frustrate me that when you actually need to speak to sky you just get sent around and around.

 

I had that link and as it was saying my broadband was okay it just carried on looping.

 

Just wish they would improve their customer service and make life a little easyier.
