Hello,
My internet will always disconnect when it's raining. Happens everytime without fail.
It also randomly disconnects daily, no idea why.
Do I need to book an engineer to take a look?

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Find out moreAs I've remarked in other posts, typically the problem with that kind of fault is its intermittent nature means it may not manifest when Openreach attends, so it's worth considering the weather forecast when trying to get an appointment booked.
