Internet is not working

Internet was working this morning, but this afternoon it's gone down. Done the WiFi test and it's all good, but there is no light on the internet spot on the hub. 
power light -green

wifi light - green

internet light - none

voice light - red

 

not sure how to fix it and I need the internet at home!

@UshaSD  If you have run the service checker and it is coming back green can you click on broadband on that same screen and this will give you an updated broadband test.
