Internet is down dublin 15

Our Internet has been down since Saturday in Dublin 15. Sky say it'll take 3 to 5 days to fix. No apology or explanation. Very angry and frustrated. Now have to work in office and miss kids primary school orientation because of this😪

Unfortunately unlike the UK there is no automatic compensation scheme in place in the ROI. 

Sky Ireland won't know what the fault is until it has been investigated/fixed.
