Internet is down after lighting strike the weekend
On sunday we had a mini storm (lighting) this caused us to have no internet since. I rang sky staight away they put an order in for an engineer and it has been cancelled. Im not sure what to do ? Any advice ?
You'll need to call Sky again and ascertain why the engineer visit was cancelled.
