We received my new router and from installing my internet is cutting in and out. The health check says everything is ok but the speed is slower than normal and we are unable to watch Netflix's etc.

Have the same intermittent fault.
sky checking tools describe all ok.
sky advisor will not take action as tools do not describe a fault
