Internet intermittent for over a week

Our Internet is intermittent for over a week now, have spoken to Sky Tech Dept & they were unable to resolve the issue. They said has been escalated to Open Reach who would fix it today but this has not been done. Now extremely frustrated & unable to do some work at home. Am I entitled to some compensation from Sk

The automatic compensation scheme doesn't apply to an intermittent fault.

You can attempt to argue for something outside this scheme, but I suspect that's unlikely to be productive.
