Internet installation

Hello recently I've moved into a new flat,this flat doesn't have a phone line in it and the open reach man came out to install my internet to only find out there's a phone line around back which is out of my reach and the man could not set up,is there anyway possible to set me up? The open reach guy was kinda useless

@Michael95 you need to call Sky to find out what options Openreach will consider having had thecengiineer's report. Running entirely new lines to flats can be complex as it depends on what is already there and what the freeholder will permit.
