My devices won't connect to my WiFi, I have tried all the steps and still can't connect to my wifi

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Stuart1234 not sure what you mean by "tried all the steps " so this maybbe reptetitive. First step is to reset the Sky hub which requires you to press and hold in the reset pin until the power LED flashes releasing it before then just reboots the hub. Once reset then the wifi passcode on the label will work if entered correctly as it is easy to make a mistake confusing say a number 1 with I etc.
If it doesnt then tell the device to forget the connection and then reboot the device and add it from scratch. If youbhave IOT smart plugs and bulbs or very old devices you may have to split the two wifi bands but devices like mobiles etc wont need that step.
