I have sky broadband 500mb connection, the Internet stops working at around 1 am every night ethernet and wifi. I don't have sky q or any sky TV equipment. Broadband only in my house. What's causing this it's getting annoying any help please

Happens with my sky broadband to,I guess most likely it's the time they (sky/BT) do maintenance.

rebooting or switching your router off then on again seems to fix it.

I would also guess it would resolve it's self by first light if we didn't nothing.
