Internet goes off at least 4-5 times a day!

Is anyone having trouble with their Internet Connection with Sky, it seems that since we dropped the TV package and now only have  SKY for internet we lose connection several times a day!  Its so annoying, and feel they are breaking their contract by not supplying a continuous service.  To be honest we are sick of it, how do I go about contacting SKY, heard phone calls are the only way and be prepared to hang on for a while?  If it doesnt get sorted looking to cancel our contract, but this runs till July this year.  Any help gratefully received, thanks.

@Helen+Mary What devices are the dropouts on, and how are they connected?

Sky (and any other ISP), never have, can, or will provide a guaranteed 100% uptime service, it is impossible to do so.

Is it possible that since you dropped the TV service you no longer have Sky Q boxes acting as mesh nodes to provide a better WiFi signal around your home?
