Internet failure.

At around midnight the wireless connection became unstable, and by 07:00 it failed to connect, wireless or wired. The box says the internet connection is just fine, as does the websites "tester" (I honestly don't know what it could be testing; it's proclamations that everything is working does nothing about the actual lack of connectivity). This has been ongoing for hours, with Sky acting like nothing is happening, what is the story here?

Re: Internet failure.

Hello @caesarome

Yes, I've reset the routers power, the connection to the wall socket, reset it using the "reset" button, "long" reset it by holding the button until it flashes green, the works, and all to no avail.

I'm kinda out of ideas at this point.

Re: Internet failure.

Hello,

All green. Beyond the internet not having a connection, everything looks just fine.

Re: Internet failure.

Hello,

Going to have to book an engineer methinks.

@Ezzyazeze therecis a fault wherevthe hub is connected to Sky butvtge server managing the conection fails to pass data. The suggested fix is to power down the hub for at least an hour after which you should connect to a diferent server node which should work correctly.

Re: Internet failure.

Hello @Chrisee,

Thanks for the suggestion, however it didn't work, with the box losing the phone line light altogether. Nevermind. 😑
