Internet failing

I am having repeated cut outs of wifi/Internet several times a day. The Internet cuts out suddenly and takes around 15 minutes to restart. All lights on the hub go orange and then flash. It's happening several times a day.

@MEGANB123 Below link is about various hubs and lights, are you 100% sure that ALL the lights go amber. Take a look what hub and what lights.
