The automatic systems that monitor the line should be kicking in to stabilise it by reducing thecspeed in nightly steps. Openreach are only likely to get involved if the system cannot stabilise the service without dropping speeds below the minimum for your line.
If you want to check that go to the service checker in the My Sky app click to run the broadband check which will show the speed history the app will offer to book an engineer to check your line if it meets the criteria.
