About the engineer come out
I got a message tonight saying that the engineers are not coming out until first October but I got appointment on the 15 of August

I have appointment on the 15 of August but I got a text tonight saying they not come until the 1 October so can anyone help me with this please

No-one from Sky will respond here.
Unfortunately delays in FTTP installation are far from unusual: there just aren't enough Openreach installers available for the scale of the national rollout.
If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate if there's a particular issue.

03/10/2024 engineer went my house for fixing my broadband but I'm living to rent property. Before any drilling speak to landlord. I tell to engineer I don't want any drilling at the moment first talk to landlord then we went. Today my landlord say yes for drilling. So I want engineer for Wi-Fi fixing broadband. Thanks
