Internet drops out

Hello,

This is an ongoing issue over several months and I was told it was sorted months ago with open reach.

whenever we have a gust of wind or a little bit of rain the internet cuts out. 
please can this be followed up as I'm paying for a service that isn't working 80% of the time

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

If this issue is still a problem you'll need to contact Sky and tell them that it's not fixed / has returned.
