Internet dropping

Internet has been dropping constantly throughout the day. When you test the connection and I'm the WiFi is on it says there is no issue, then 2 minutes later it drops. Tried multiple data sockets in the house. All having the same problem.

 

Is there a contact number to talk to someone?

Keep having this problem too across multiple devices, sky says wifi fine but then says multiple devices have problems

It was fine yesterday. Just been all day today. Across multiple devices too.

@Chris_Schmit the forum software prebents pisting of phone numbers but you can find a contact number for Sky eitherby following through the contact us links at the bottom of the  web pages or simply by running a search online but only use numbers starting 03 if you are in the UK. If your Sky Talk line is working dialling 150 gives a free call to Sky. Lines open from 7am
