Internet dropping

Sky broadband keeps dropping for up to 2 minutes at a time - and long download speeds. Connection checker says everything is fine, whilst devices/sky q aren't working.

Where abouts in the UK are you? Were in Essex and have had intermittent internet issues all morning.
