broadband keeps going down multiple times a day and afraid I will lose my office work

Broadband goes down many times a day and I am afraid I will lose any work I am currently doing.   Havilng to reenter detials and passwords to get into my VPN takes time and is very annoying.   There seems to be no issues in connection with the boardband as far as Sky is concerned on line.    There seems a lot of people are saying the same.  Please get this sorted as we are all getting frustrated.

Can you post your router stats @Rosemary9?

Someone should be able to see how your line is likely to be performing then.
