Internet dropping

Hi, 

 

Im with Sky and my internet keeps dropping out. Ive spoken to various people on live messaging who give me the same response and 3 times have confirmed a fault with the line which openreach are supposed to be fixing but it doesnt happen 

 

I am seeing consistant packat loss (-1.25%) and latency spikes up to 600 ms on a wired equivilant test (ping to 8.8.8.8). This happens across multiple routers which my research indicates a line issue. 

 

I keep getting cut off live messaging (due to the internet dropping out) and ive raised a complaint but this has beengoing on for 6 months now. Can any one advise on how i can get them to fix it?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Hi, so someone started a chat, they messaged tk say someone would come back tk me with a.m form tk fill out the following day and we are 48 hours on and no one has come back to me

Hi, someone messaged, told them the issue, said they  they would send me a form the next day as they were about to close at 8pm and it's been 48hours now and not had anything sent through or a message or anything
