I'll change the cables for them then. It still doesn't explain why my daughter's laptop is dropping though. 🤔🤔

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@gertrudesaulWould check to see if one of the wired devices is having an issue at the same time as the laptop and this may narrow it down. But changing the cables on those devices and it settles back down might solve the problem.
Would keep an eye on those collisions after changing the cable. See if they keep going up.
