Internet dropping out

Having to reset the box serval time a day to get the WiFi to work

I have newly installed wifi and sky Q -  everything was good and working well.

Now I cant get sky cinema or netflix /apps etc but I can get Sky news etc. It keeps saying I have no internet connection but I have!!! I have gone through all the resettings but to no avail all the lights are green so......help
