This is seriously impacting remote working.
It's dropping out throughout the day

@Wendy566& @colclark79 when the internet drops again or you can check just now to see if an external fault is found using the information below.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Cheers pal, run all the tests and it is not picking up a fault but identifying that there is an issue. Going to give sky a call today wish me luck 🤞🏽
