Internet dropping out on our laptops

We recently changed to the fibre WiFi as was informed it was better, with the old WiFi we had a booster which gave us perfect connection in all areas of the house, with the new fibre WiFi the booster doesn't seem to work at the front of the house meaning connections drops out intermittently on our laptops , even with the booster . We work from home and therefore must have good connection, is there a solution to improve the connectivity we have with this new fibre connection, if not can we go back to the 'old' internet which we had no issues with?

Boosters should be placed inbetween the location of the router & the area with poor or no coverage. Is it possible your placing the booster out of range of the Sky hub.

I'm having the same problem today. Meetings on laptop and Internet keeps dropping. Nightmare. Sky speed tests say everything is fine. Reset the box still nothing. Had the same issue the last few nights watching tv. Really regret moving to sky from hyperoptic 😔 what do you do if sky are saying everything is working fine but it's not???

Yes same issue. Sky has always been very reliable but the last few days I've been having a lot of drop outs and today useable for working from home.
