Started today my Internet keeps dropping out ever 15-30min the middle green light goes and blinks orange and after 3min it connects back but then keeps dropping need help with sorting this

You'll need a BT Openreach engineer to investigate and fix the issue. You can run a broadband line test in the Sky App and hopefully, that will allow you to book an engineer if not then you'll need to phone Sky on telephone number 150 from your home phone to report the fault.

Same is happening here in torquay and my neighbour is the same as she is on sky aswell,This happened last year around the same time,It nothing to do with your phone line but the main server,Sky needs to sort this out as we live in the moden days where nearly everything sold to you these days runs of the net,Joy of the summer holidays on a wet and windy day,Thanks sky 👍

I did a line test on the sky app and its booked and engineer to come tomorrow as its such a pain with having three kids who all use the Internet will follow up when they come out to have a look.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Neilwilliams75 how do you know its a server issues? Line issues are much more frequent. While Sky can have issues they are much rarer.
