Internet dropping out constantly

My internet constantly drops out in every room of the flat. The flat is not large by any means and after having fibre installed, this is the last thing I expected to happen, especially given that I'm paying £25 a month for what I believed to be a great option for a reliable, strong Wi-Fi.

I've actually had to use my data to post this as the internet kept dropping. It's ridiculous. Every room of the flat has an issue, even the room that has the box located in it.

Same here , been happening for a few days now, and saying nothing about G64 area

Says everything is fine on the tests but it's definitely not, especially when it drops out mid test. Who can we get in contact with to sort it because this seems ridiculous?
