Internet dropping out and cutting off repeatedly

I switched to sky recently for better internet connection and it seems to be worse please help the internet keeps crashing and cutting out

On your devices what is the wifi signal like ?

Is your broadband hub out in the open and not near any electrical devices ?

The lights are all green the white box has a light light on the box is in a empty space

The lights are green and the white light is lit on the box everyday the internet drops out I check the speed with the speed test and it goes to 3/4 it should read 300, the other side goes to 16 it should be closer to 30

I just ran a speed test and the first speed went to 200 and the other speed 42. I thought I would check it but it will go down again it is doing it every day now

Again I will ask, what is the wifi signal showing on your devices, is it on the weak side ?

At the moment it is ok but it will drop as it has been

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:
