Internet dropping out, along with TV at times, around midnight every day.
Everynight, wired connections to by Broadband router start getting "unable to get IP configuration" errors - Wifi continues to work (although, it has to be noted, that the Wifi performance from the Sky Router and the extender is truly abissmal at all times in terms of speed to the device and stability of connection).
It might be daily maintenance, so I am told, but that is not what I am paying for, nor the performance the people in my house are expecting (given how many people work / play beyond midnight). Had an engineer out to fix the connectivity problems to the Q TV box - he put in an extender for the Wifi, connectivity improved, not performance either Wifi or Cable connections.
I am now at the point where I am starting to beleive is it s a combination of Sky maintenance and crappy kit - neither of which I am particularly happy about - surely maintenance could be a 3 or 4am (statistically when the least people are online from home), at at the price charged for the highest level of broadband connectivitiy (which is higher than a lower speed fixed rate business connection), I would be expecting better performance. Can't seem to get anything out of Sky, and completely bored of the virtual assistant.
Fustrated.
