Internet dropping out all the while

Have tried mesh and powerlines....its the basic service.....paying Sky for BB TV and multi other stuff and its like the 1980's

Not sure as it's usually while streaming hi res music or watching TV. Hub is in another room. Have 3 mini box. I have tried a BT mesh with 6 access points. The WiFi signal seems strong. Also tried a TP Link fast extender for the streamer. All 3 options suffer the same drop outs.
