Internet dropping intermittently

@KirstenLH Not a problem got you on that, nothing jumping out on your stat's apart from the wan drops, and that may be NOTHING to do with you or the home connection but external out so you have zero control on it, FW would be nice to know, latest was recent as a Just In Case factor.

The SR203 you have is a pretty rock solid hub, had mine up over 1200hrs run time on the FF500 with zero issues! wan drop someware arround the 1000hr mark never even noticed it and had 2 in total again just did not even blip, could have been through the night so just no way to pin it down!

I don't have mobile signal at home.

@KirstenLH You are up at the latest and greatest FW only done couple weeks ago, no idea as to what they have done for it, as no longer have my SR203 hub connected to the wan, using all Asus routing instead, and wife is not having it for me to put it back to see!

@Kate208 Hope you are not on a digital line, have a seperate landline phone that is NOT connected to the back off the hub!

It's a wifi line so goes down with the broadband

@Kate208 Have you looked at other mobile operators for available signal's, having nothing is not good!

We are in a rural black hole for mobile signal unfortunately.

@Kate208 So how did you ever manage to get sky on a digital connection without having a fixed landline to call from!

The line wasn't always wifi. It was swapped over a few years ago.

@JimM1 looks like the issue seems to have been resolved since around 8pm.

The line has been stable since around this time so I've had put in some extra work time due to all the time lost today.

Seems the issue might have been out of our control and let's hope tomorrow holds up with no issues.

@KirstenLH Does not look like much to do with your hub, so more external and you also have something similar like the picture below that the hub connects to, so have copied what i have, normal is the 3 green lights, Power Pon and Lan. LOS you never want to see lit, and the Lan looks little dimmer as data going back/forth between that ONT and the Sky hub.

Nokia version of the OR ONT....
