Getting sick of this poor broadband, internet been dropping for 3 weeks now. All devices, work from home 2 days a week. This is not acceptable, no point in me "sending my router stats" it's a national issue clearly. Sort it out sky it's 2024!!!!!!!!!

Sky Broadband has six million subscription households: a 'national issue' would be rather more prominent here.
With that size of customer base at any given point in time there are inevitably multiple individual issues across the nation, which is somewhat different.
The point of the Hub Stats is to potentially provide some insight into the broadband circuit to a particular address.
