Internet drop disconnecting connected smart devices

So. I have 3 cctv cameras and a smart thermostat and every night my Internet drops and disconnects them, and I have to reboot everything daily. How can I fix this ? Also my Internet used to work fine upstairs now our smart tvs are useless the Internet just won't reach them . Yes I could get a booster but I shouldn't have to when its worked fine until a few weeks ago . Can anyone offer any advice?

@Shaz-85 What sky hub are you using? Even if sky/OR are doing maintenance work, the hub should recover and all the devices should re-connect as before!
