Internet down

Internet is definitely down but your diagnostics systems are telling me there is no problem. I've rebooted again and still not working

No internet

Got 2 green lights and 2 solid amber lights on my router, no internet. Been like this for ages now and I can't do anything, please sort it out 😕

Same here. Lost internet signal about 30 mins ago. Ran diagnostic, checked cables and restarted the hub. In services in my account it says everything is working fine, but still no internet and 2 amber lights on the hub. How can their tool say it's fine when it's not lol.

Thank you to the original poster and the replies by others. I have been pulling out wires and my hair for 30 minutes because I have no Internet but the diagnostic tools say everything is working fine! Thanks for restoring my sanity and confirming that Sky (across all of it's products and services) is poop!

Big Brother (aka Sky) never does listen. These forums are full of real and candid customer feedback. However, nothing changes and Sky continue to do little else but disappoint customers who have been loyal for decades.

What pee's me off most is that I'm a captive audience. Virgin are not in the area so I can't even try the old 'I'm leaving' trick to get a reasonable discount 😬

In all fairness, BT, Virgin and Sky are all providers I have experienced first hand over the years. They are all effectively useless. Big promises to sign you up and then when it works, it is ok. However, when it doesn't consumers are left completely in the dark.

It's been emotional Paulplay! Thanks again for highlighting the issues we are all facing as well as confirming we are not all completely bonkers. I will bid you all a goodnight and will spend the next however long honing my Solitaire skills!
