I need to speak to human about joining. Website, bot, and calling does not work!!!

I want to join sky boardband but the website keeps giving me an error. When trying to contact someone it tells me my number is not registersed with a sky account so I cannot contact them. The chatbot is uesless. I jsut want to speak to a HUMAN. If not might aswell go to BT instead.

@ErvinP Call the number in the link just do the need more help, and when you hear sales do the number entry, or keep quite and see if you can get past the bot.

I tried, but every time the bot tells me cannot find account associated with this number, please enter a phone number assocaited with a sky account. 

Because of this issue I cannot talk to a human being. Sincerely, if the customer service is so bad, I might as well look at other providers.
