Hi, i have ran tests but the wifi is completely down. I need help as I need it for work.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tom.GW When you ran the troubleshooting did it not say an problem was found and offer you the option if booking an engineer visit?
If it didn't then you need to call Sky and log the fault so they can book Openreach to attend, be aware your using a domestic service that has low SLA priority and it may be at least 2 working days after you report the fault before Openreach attend(could be longer depending on engineer availability in your area).
