Internet down

I have been onto the service checker. I have been on all of the different checks online, all say there is no issue.

 

however, on the Sky Q box, the light for internet is still blank and our devices are still unable to connect.

 

any pointers? Nothing has changed in our setup.

If the lights are lit on the hub then have you tried rebooting it ?

All you can do is to call Sky so they can look into this for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
