Have been having issues with the internet for days now. Only 2 green lights on the box. Internet one still out.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RaeVal if there is an area wide outage there is nothing either you or Sky can do until the engineers fix whatever is broken which must be major if the area has been out for 10 days. Your local social media may have more info.
It is worth talking to.Sky to find out what if anything they know. To make thst easy I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum so expectvthem to be in tough offering a chat session through the forum where a chat button will appear,

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RaeValDo you have another means to report this to Sky, if it is not giving you the option to book an engineer. Sky might have updates on what is going on with the outage in your area, which will be in the hands of Openreach to fix.
