We are customers like you and as you haven't said where you are we wouldn't have a clue. Does this link help at all?

Sky sometimes update their Twitter account regarding outages. It may be worth reporting your issue to Sky so you may be eligible for compensation. See this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once the fault has been fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

Re: Internet down

Hi my internet and phone line are down and have been for a couple of days. I am in Northern Ireland. When checking online it does say there is an outage in the area, but I would like to check with someone verbally to be sure and find out a proper timeline - any suggestions?

@Caz22vn

You would have to ring Sky later and see if they have an update.
