Internet down los red

Hey everyone my Internet has gone down, los light is red, checked all cables etc look fine, no known issues in Birkenhead area

I have booked a engineer for Tommorrow i carnt see any breaks kinks anywhere but it was dropping today a bit then bam red light, checked local area all seems OK x
